Our programs are designed to allow anyone, an opportunity to learn the necessary skills to provide self confidence that comes from an education in the components that comprise a truly effective self defense system.

Being able to execute the materials taught to you while you are dealing with your own physical and emotional responses to danger is a key factor to success. KDS will train you in how to deal with this "Adrenaline Dump". We will teach you how to navigate your way through, and this will also assist you in your ability to overcome the moment regardless of the type of attack or the number of assailants. Read more

Our women’s self defense program is designed to provide women of all ages the opportunity to develop skills that will increase their self confidence, esteem and their physical skills thus allowing our clients the ability to function in numerous environments with confidence.

Our youth programs are designed to provide a positive motivational experience, that will assist our clients in increasing their self esteem and improve their ability to focus and set goals. We teach these skills through the technical requirements of the Martial Art “Kenpo”.

Our Kenpo classes are structured through the Ed Parker American Kenpo system. All belts are earned through attaining structured goals.
